Tooth #2

I am so proud of my little girl for letting M pull out her tooth!  It's been dangling for quite some time now, and her adult tooth has been pushing it forward but it still refused to come out on its own... to the point where she has to favor it when she eats (otherwise she says it hurts).  Her gums also started to look inflamed, so M and I wanted to pull it out.  She refused, until I bribed her with some gummy snacks :).

At her request, the tooth fairy rewarded her with a $2 bill... not two $1 bills, but an actual $2 bill.  I don't think it's actually worth more than the $2 that is printed on it, but because of the rarity, I told her not to use it.  She still has the $5 from her first tooth, so I'm sure she will save it until she knows what to use the money for.  Now what will she ask for with tooth #3?
